Fit For Life Classes are especially designed exercise classes tailored for over-55’s.
Classes are supervised by physiotherapists and have no more than 5 people in each class. The classes are individualised to YOUR ablility and YOUR goals. Classes incorporate a variety gentle upper and lower bodywork, core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises – a perfect way to gently introduce your body to a regular exercise routine. These classes run throughout the year and are open for individuals of all ability levels.
As these classes are supervised by a physiotherapist – private health insurance rebates may apply.

Classes are held at 10AM every Tuesday morning at our clinic.
